They faced one winning pitcher in the last 9 games. Cant see this game any different facing vs Rea 0-3. 5.52 .
Only issue is that France isnt all that great. Gives up HR's/
he's laying -130 which is higher than Hunter Brown laid vs CHW (-120). Suspect line IMO.

Over 9.5 looks good IMO.

The value is in general. That is why I said it is tough to bet against a hot streak. You have to take the choice of value or streaking. My opinion is if you have been riding the Stros keep riding regardless.
